My first week at the new school

Krystal - 

My first week in the new school was very amazing because I was really excited before we came to this school. I was very excited because there are two levels and I am on the top with everyone else.

Also I like this new school because when we go out of class like out the school there’s like this place that has fake grass so you just sit there to eat and wait for

your parents to come take you home. While we are in our leading space

I really enjoy it because I can learn new things from the other classes and

learn more about them too ,  When our teacher is talking us we can’t hear the other classes and that's the best part of being in this new school.

Kesa -

My first week in the new school was very tiring because I had to

climb the stairs a lot but it wasn’t just tiring it was very exciting like it felt like

I was getting a new phone. In the learning space there are 3 classes in one space with nothing to have our privacy , at first I doubted it because it’s gonna be so loud to

hear our own teachers teach us. 

When the teacher was teaching us on Monday it felt like there was a wall

because I could hear my teacher very clearly and so did everyone else. 

Also when we have morning tea/lunchtime we sit in the benches and

we have this other area we can sit while the wind is blowing and it's not too windy but its just right.

Manikalani ( Favourite movie )

My favourite movie from the Manaiakalni films was " Love the difference" from Point England School. I was really drawn to this movie because it sends such a good and touching message to us young kids is that everyone is different like you can never find another person like you. So in the Movie they represented it by a boy who transfers to their school and he has this condition and its things on his face and a girl calls him out about it , So the boy next to him noticed his face and he got the paint and put some on his face so then in the end the whole class has paint on their face even the girl.

What?

When our school came back from a long weekend we were entering the new school so that meant a new begining fro everyone, I wasn't that excited because I was coming on the weekends with some other people in the new school that's why I wasn't that exciting. While we were walking in the new school I could hear some other kids really excited and screaming to see the new school, When we were downstairs and Mr coakley was telling us what was gonna happen in the next few weeks also telling us how to adapt to the new school since there is no walls but we could learn from it and work as a team.

So what?

So when were in the new school we get to practice and get better as working as a team, also when one of the teachers leave there is always another one watching to see what we're doing. When were learning we seniors can be a good influence to the juniors. But the thing that surprised me was while the teachers are teaching we can’t hear the other classroom it’s like there is a wall but it’s not.

Now What

Now everyone is working really good but there a few mistakes here and there but we still pulled through. Lastly, I really like how much us seniors can learn from the juniors and how much they can learn from us.
