Summary
In this book there are two boys named Harold and George they are 2 kids who make trouble.
There is a teacher who always saves the day but his real name is CAPTAIN UNDERPANTS he is always saving the world for the trouble George and Harold made.The two kids met this guy who gave them a time machine the guy WARNED them DON'T use the time machine two days ARROW!!.
