For this activity, we would like you to explore the School Strike for Climate Australia website.
On your blog, list three facts (things) that you learned, and include a photograph of something that you are doing around home to help the environment.
1.) The coal is destroying our environment
2.) We should stop using Oil, Gas & other dangerous liquids that destroy our environment.
3.) These people are telling us this because they are trying to tell the government to take this seriously & what is ahead of us.
To help the environment my Sunday school and I go pick up rubbish anywhere here in Auckland because we see a lot of rubbish that gets blown away in the sea and that is killing out sea creatures.

ReplyDeleteAfter visiting the website and having a look for myself about what ‘School Strike for Climate Australia’ are doing it is clear that you have really thought about this project! I really like your point number 3. Students are taking time out of their own education to strike. They felt like this major action was the only way to be heard.
Considering the bushfires that are happening in Australia at the moment, I hope that the Government can look after the environment a little bit more don’t you think?
